Booking procedure

Once you send in your enquiry form, expect to be contacted within 24 hours.  We will answer any further questions you have about any one of our tours and advise availability.  Once you have decided on what you would like to do and when you would like to do it, we can confirm your booking.  We require a credit card number or a bank deposit to confirm a booking and the following refund and cancellation policies apply.

Payment for day tours can either be paid in cash on the day or by credit card on the day of the tour. A credit card number must be supplied in both cases. A 2% credit card surcharge applies for all credit card transactions.

Refund procedure

There are no refunds for tours cancelled due to misrepresentation of physical abilities and/or existing or previous health conditions. If any client fails or refuses to answer specific questions put forward in the medical questionnaire, Mountain Bike Tours (NSW) maintains the right to refuse service without refund. Among questions that must be answered accurately are those referring to physical health, experience on a mountain bike, and former bike-related accidents. Examples of failures to disclose that certainly mean cancellation without refund:

Cancellation and transfer conditions

• No refund if booking cancelled within 24 hours of tour.
• 80% refund of full tour price if booking is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to cancel tours, vary itineraries, amend fares and days of operation. A full refund is made payable under those circumstances.
• There are no refunds for those sent off a day ride or cancellation of Tour(s) for reasons involving personal conduct.
